In the event that you need to return a product, please review our Returns Policy below.

Returns Eligibility:

  • Items must be initiated for return and lodged with the post within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once the return is initiated, you will have 5 business days to ship back to us and for us to receive the items. Any returns made outside these timeframe will be returned to sender.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customised, seconds or items purchased on sale.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Socks (due to hygiene reasons

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for prompt resolution. Email
