What are your shipping prices?

For Australian orders -

Standard Flat Rate: $15.00

For orders over $150 – FREE

Express Flat Rate: $25.00

For International orders

Postage costs will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Both standard post and express are available.

How long does it take for my order to be sent?

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days however during peak periods and sales, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. (This excludes public holidays in the state of NSW).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary based on your location. All of our online orders are shipped via Australia post and therefore run expectant to Aus post shipping times. If you would like your order in a hurry, please select Express Post as your shipping option at check-out.

Once your order has processed you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note Antola Trading does not take responsibility for any lost/damaged parcels once the package has been lodged with Australia Post. 

Incorrect postal address
Once your order is placed, we are unable to change any delivery details or information so please ensure you triple check your address before checking out.

Missing or incorrect items

All of our orders are shipped using software which tracks inventory and shirt codes and every order is meticulously scanned and packed to ensure all items are correct.

All of our shirts are a relaxed fit that's long in the arms and body to give you more movement.

All product pages have a Size Chart link under the size variant option.

A link to our sizing guide can also be found here. If you're not sure what size you normally take, the best way to ensure you select the right size for you is by finding a similar style of shirt at home & compare our flat lay measurements to it.

For all Returns - Exchanges, Refunds, Store Credits please visit our RETURNS CENTER 

Our Returns Policy (Exchange/Refund/Store Credit) stands for 30 days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, unfortunately we are not able to accept any Returns. Any items excluded from this policy will be noted on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Item(s) were not marked “Sale”or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
  4. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

Some of the shirts in our Season 6 collection have been tagged with incorrect pricing. We are aware of this issue and have rectified for Season 7 onwards.

The shirt I want is sold out in my size, will you get more?

All of our shirts are limited edition so unfortunately once we are sold out of a print they are not re-stocked. This ensures our prints are kept unique to their lucky owners!

We do however have a mailing list that allows you to be the first to know when we have a new range being released.

Over the years, we’ve greatly expanded the number of color options we sell. While this means more choices for our customers, it’s also presented some challenges when the colour that arrives isn’t quite what you may have expected. Most colour discrepancies arise because a photograph appears different across different media.

Product displayed on various electronic screens – phones, tablets and computer monitors will all display colour differently.

With all that said, we work very hard to ensure our products are displayed as accurately as possible so the colour you see in our studio shot images on our website is as close as possible to the colour you receive.

If you are unhappy with the product you have received, we accept refunds and exchanges for items within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow our returns process here for a seamless return.
